We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once access to the platform is granted, no refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations with refund will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage, change of business decision, dissatisfaction, or misunderstanding of features.

Subscription cancellations must be made before renewal to avoid future billing; however, past payments remain non-refundable.

If an account is suspended or terminated due to misuse, violation of policies, or unlawful conduct, no refund will be issued.
