Easy Review QR is an independent software platform designed to assist in drafting customer reviews through AI-generated suggestions based on minimal user input. All AI-generated outputs are clearly labeled as “AI Generated.” The platform is intended solely to simplify writing; it does not publish, post, or submit reviews on behalf of any user.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google, Google Business Profile, or any related service. We do not guarantee review publication, visibility, ranking improvement, account safety, or protection from review removal.

Users and business customers agree that they will not use the platform to create fake reviews, impersonate individuals, misrepresent experiences, manipulate review systems, or violate any applicable law or platform guidelines. Compliance with Google policies and authenticity standards is entirely the responsibility of the business owner and the reviewing individual.

Easy Review QR does not access Google accounts, does not control Google Business Profiles, and does not influence platform algorithms. Any enforcement action, suspension, restriction, or review removal by Google or any third party is beyond our control and shall not create liability on us.

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including software architecture, QR mechanisms, AI logic, branding, design, and content systems, remain exclusively owned by ZIGIWIGI DIGITAL MARKETING. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, copying, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, if we determine misuse, fraud, policy violations, deceptive practices, or activities that may expose the platform to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. We hold full rights to deny access in such circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the business customer during the preceding three months. We shall not be liable for indirect losses, reputational harm, business interruption, data loss, Google penalties, or regulatory consequences.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Junagadh, Gujarat.
